Mondi, a global leader in sustainable packaging and paper, is pleased to announce that early production runs have shown excellent results in terms of durability, runnability and consistent quality following the commissioning of a state-of-the-art paper machine at its Štětí mill (Czech Republic) in December 2024.

Mondi is committed to ensure a reliable supply of kraft paper to support customers in their transition to paper-based solutions. The paper machine strengthens the company’s position as a leader in sustainable packaging, offering a full range of kraft paper products from high strength to high porosity grades, for various applications such as construction and industrial bags.
